Testing DDR2 components or modules is made fast and simple with the Triad Spectrum TCI and TCII memory test systems.  Highly accurate and extremely efficient are two of the buzz words used to describe these high performance, cost effective test systems.  Capable of testing DDR2 memory at speeds up to 800Mhz, these test systems are rapidly becoming the defacto standard for memory testing.

Both systems are backward compatible and can also test DDR products at speeds up to 440Mhz. This feature is available by simply swapping out the DDR1 passive test adapter with the DDR2 passive test adapter and downloading the appropriate software.

The TCII-ACPF-700 offers over 35 AC test patterns as well as 2 DC parametric test patterns:  leakage and Icc refresh.  Schmoo plotting and a hot temperature heat chamber are two options available to customers that purchase the TCII-ACPF-700 system.

TurboCATS I offers over 5 AC test patterns as well as the two DC patterns:  leakage and Icc refresh. This system utilizes the same passive test adapters as the larger system so customers wanting 1 system with all the extra features can purchase a TCII with the passive adapters and then use the adapters on the TCI as well.

Upgrades are available for both systems that allows for DDR2 testing at speeds up to 800Mhz.
