We will not accept any unauthorized returns.
How to Request for a RMA Number?
• Contact Triad Spectrum Technical Support Department by a
RMA Request Form on the website.
• Call 972-881-2984 or email us at
support@triadspectrum.com to see if you can solve the problem yourself.
• Include your name, company, address, telephone, email address, etc.
• Indicate the model and serial number of the product.
• Provide date of purchase.
• Give a complete fault description.
Freight Charges - The customer is responsible for all freight charges when a unit is returned to Triad Spectrum, Inc for services.

IMPORTANT:
Triad spectrum will not accept any returns without RMA Number!
